BroCool

BroCool is a culinary research collective. Three individuals from different fields (theater, cinema, video-making, cookery, architecture) work together to create videos about cooking and culinary traditions, aiming to investigate and to tell stories looking the base ingredients among differences and similarities of cultures around the world. BroCool's passion goes along with that nomadic sense that is common among the food lovers. Basic ingredients? Irony and simplicity.
